Introduction
Cyborg is committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information (defined below) we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices regarding our information practices. 1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect information that, alone or in combination with other data we possess, can identify you ("Personal Information"), including but not limited to:
- Commercial Information: We may retain a history of the products you browse or purchase.
- Internet Activity Information: Includes visitor traffic, peak usage times, pages viewed, referral domains, browser type, geographical data, and more. Specifically:
- Log Information: IP address, browser type, request date and time, etc.
- Cookie Information: See the "Cookies" section below.
- Device Information: Device name, operating system, browser type, etc.
- Usage Information: Content viewed, features used, actions taken, frequency, and duration of activities.
- Email Open/Click Data: We use tracking pixels to collect email open times, IP addresses, and link clicks.
- Cookies: Used to operate our website, collect usage data, and enhance user experience. Cookies may be session-based (expiring upon logout) or persistent (remaining until expiration). Disabling cookies may affect website functionality. Advertising network cookies can be opted out via the Network Advertising Initiative. Mobile devices may not allow tracking controls via settings.
- Analytics Tools: We use Google Analytics (a web analytics service provided by Google). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website usage. Data generated by cookies is typically transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the U.S. We enable IP anonymization, meaning your IP address is truncated within the EU/EEA before transfer. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP sent to U.S. servers and truncated there. Google uses this data to evaluate website activity, generate reports, and provide related services. Google does not merge this IP data with other Google data. You may prevent cookie storage via browser settings, but this may impair website functionality.
